The new ELEVATE PROGRAMME is designed to create sustainable solutions for youth and adults in conflicting with the law, and / or risk of entering into conflicting with the law.

With careful consideration of the factors contributing to negative outcomes in our communities including gang violence; the programme aims to address these factors be helping participants build skills for the life and encouraging participants to work towards more positive outcomes and possibilities.

Engage the at-risk and marginalized groups in the population, to determine the factors contributing to existing challenges and create structured and legitimate endeavors, geared to bring about desired behaviors and increased inclusion in society.
